Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan

This practice combines movement, breathing, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation in each class.

The combination of techniques strive to increase awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection, balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and remove emotional blocks.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.
