From holistic health and the treatment of illness to dream interpretation and reincarnation, Cayce's readings and insights offer practical help and advice to individuals from all walks of life, even today. Non-theistic, Buddhist-inspired approach to recovery from addictions of all kinds

Refuge Recovery is a non-theistic, Buddhist-inspired approach to recovery from addictions of all kinds. We are a community of people dedicated to the practices of mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness, and generosity that uses meditation and kindness to heal the pain and suffering that addiction has caused in our lives and in the lives of those around us. Our weekly peer-led meetings include guided meditations, readings from the book Refuge Recovery, group sharing and discussion. Open to people of all backgrounds and respectful of all recovery paths, these meetings are appropriate for anyone in, or interested in, recovery from any form of addictive behavior. No prior meditation experience necessary.

Kundalini Yoga

As taught by Yogi Bhajan, this practice combines movement, breathing, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation. The combination of techniques stives to increase awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection, balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and remove emotional blocks. The Gathering Prayer Group

The Gathering prayer practice, based on The Gathering by Rev. Jim Rosemergy, follows a nine-step prayer practice. Affirmations and meditation included. A wonderful way to begin your Sunday!
